Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of one moment, one encounter, Ichigo Ichie is a bar where precision, ritual, and atmosphere define the experience. Together with StirΔ we supported the bar’s identity through technique, team culture, and respect for its refined character. Here we introduced ice carving as a live ritual, shaping ice by hand and turning every serve into a moment of craft and presence.
